Orders are delivered within 15-20 working days from the date of dispatch to foreign destinations.
For custom requests/orders, please confirm delivery timelines with our support team while placing the order. However, there may be delay in delivering (stock or custom orders) to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) along with the courier company’s details through email.
You can track the status of your package through the courier company’s website or, by contacting their local customer service center.
We are not responsible for any delay caused due to any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
The courier company will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable. Meanwhile, we will also maintain a constant follow up with the courier company to learn about the final status of delivery.
We reserve the right to release information to local, state, central or international law enforcement officials if the law requires it, or when required to, by order of a court or authorized administrative agency.
Customs (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and, will be required to be paid from your end to retrieve the product against your order.

According to the policies of the international carrier, an additional surcharge may be levied if the shipping address is defined by the carrier as a remote area.
This Remote Area Surcharge (RAS) would not be charged at the time of placing the order. Instead, it would be informed to you before shipping the goods. In such case, you must pay the surcharge to icustommadeit.com, via PayPal. If the surcharge is not paid within 3 days after our intimation to you about the same, then we would cancel your order and refund the amount paid towards the items, after deducting icustommadeit service fees.
